So, in terms of stationary, I am a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to notes. I write almost all of my correspondence on my Crane's personalized stationary. Lately, however, I've noticed that I've been writing most of my notes to the same parties. I feel like my regular stationary is getting, well, a bit old. So, I decided to seek out some thank you notes to send to those who might be hosting me for dinner parties or weekends this summer. The cards below are somewhat traditional, but I tried to throw in a few whimsical choices. Here is what I found:
Crane Multi-lingual Ecru White Thank You Notes, 10 for $15
Crane & Co. is my stationary of choice.
Mrs. John L. Strong Fine Stationary Thank You Small Set, 5 for $45
Pretty pricey, but very nice.
Pearls White 4 Bar Embossed Thank You Notes, 10 for $16.50
This reminds me of white eyelet.
Vera Wang Picot Thank You Box Set, 10 for $24
I like orange accents for the summer.
Inslee Spring Shades, 10 for $25
I think these parasols are equally well-suited for summer and would be great to send a girl friend.
Crab Mini Summer Thanks Note, $4
This would be great as a thank you card for a weekend at someone's beach house - especially if you ate crabs!
Wooden Thank You Notes, 6 for $30
I once got a wooden postcard and thought it was very cool.
Chevron Note Cards - Mix & Match Stationary Set, 5 for $5.50
These bright cards are great for summer and are customizable.
