Kale Chips


I'm a big fan of kale chips and became an even bigger fan when I realized that they are so easy to make and taste better fresh out of the oven.  I basically used this recipe, but had an even easier time, because I used a bag of pre-cut, pre-washed kale.  I covered my pan with the chopped kale and, in an effort to be healthy, used just 1 - 1.5 teaspoons of olive oil and a sprinkling of salt.  I put them in a 275 degree oven for 20 minutes turning them once half way through with a spatula.  If you want them extra crispy, leave them in a bit longer.  Also, I would eat the chips that day, as they don't keep very well. 


I put on gloves and used my hands to cover the kale in the olive oil and salt.
