Popca-Popca Studio on Etsy

In the past month, I've become quite "plugged in" - in addition to purchasing this web domain, I joined Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and, most recently, Etsy.  I've not spent much time perusing Etsy, but I have already stumbled upon an amazing shop.  Popca-Popca Studio offers dozens of very cool original artworks hand-painted on old dictionary pages.  I purchased image number one to frame above my next desk, because I identified with the monkey.  I know.  That's a bit strange.  In general, I tended to gravitate towards the pop culture images, because I liked the contrast of the modern images on the vintage dictionary pages.  Also, as I said, I'm quite "plugged in" these days.  Here are my top picks.  Will you be purchasing any?  I almost took advantage of the current buy 5 get 1 free deal!

1. Apple iMonkey - Mac
My brother used to call me "monkey girl" if that helps explain the identification.  I also love my Mac.

2. Music Print - KaPow Bass Drum
This felt very Roy Lichtenstein to me.

3. Facebook Antique Style Like Button
I like.

4. You Are My Cup of Tea
I love my tea and think this would be cute in a kitchen.

5. Tiger King
I love this for a little boy.

6. Happy Swinging Girl
I want to let my hair down and swing from chandeliers!  She looks a bit like a Botticelli Primavera girl, no?

7. Pig Print - Save Big
A good reminder to save big... though it doesn't quite look like its working here.  Again, I identify.

Do you like any of the Popca-Popca prints?  Are there any Etsy stores I need to check out?

Happy Monday!
